Message: Cannot start the NetBackup COSP service.
Explanation: The nbcosp service is either failed to start or has unexpectedly stopped on the backup host or discovery host. This issue prevents NetBackup from initiating Cloud object store operations.
Recommended Action: Do the following:
Check whether the nbcosp process is running on the affected host. Run the command:
ps -ef | grep nbcosp
If the service is not running, start it using the command:
/usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/nbcosp start
Retry the operation.
