Explanation: NetBackup cannot determine the content length of the object or blob from the cloud storage provider. This issue can occur if the object metadata is unavailable or corrupted, or if the storage service does not return the required header information during the request.
Recommended Action: Do the following:
Verify that the object exists and is accessible in the cloud storage bucket or container.
Check the storage provider logs and ensure that the object metadata is intact.
Also confirm that the NetBackup service account has sufficient permissions to read object properties.
Validate access and connectivity.
Retry the operation.
