Explanation: The install agent, nbinstallagent could not resolve the on-host EEB uninstall directory from the patch inventory (pack.summary / History.log), and the EEB layout under the NetBackup pack directory.
Explanation: The reasons may be one of the following:
The EEB versions in the package name may be invalid.
The patch folder, the
pack.summaryfile (on UNIX), or theHistory.logfile (on Windows) does not exist.The resolved EEB path does not exist.
Recommended Action: Check the nbinstallagent logs for the following line:
"Error returned from resolve_eeb_uninstall_path_from_pack_summary: error code [N]"
Where 'N' is the actual failure.
