Changing cloud storage host properties

In the Cloud Storage properties, you can change the following settings:

Cloud Storage properties

You can change the properties of a host that you add. (You cannot change or delete the properties of the cloud storage providers that are included with NetBackup.)

Associated cloud storage server properties

To change the Cloud Storage host properties

  1. Open the NetBackup web UI.
  2. On the left, click Hosts > Host Properties.
  3. Select the primary server on which to add the cloud storage instance.
  4. If necessary, click Connect. Then click Edit primary server.
  5. Click Cloud Storage.
  6. In the Cloud Storage list, locate the cloud storage that you want to edit.
  7. Click Actions > Edit.
  8. Change the properties.

  9. Click Save > Save.

To change associated cloud storage server host properties

  1. Open the NetBackup web UI.
  2. On the left, click Hosts > Host Properties.
  3. Select the primary server on which to add the cloud storage instance.
  4. If necessary, click Connect. Then click Edit primary server.
  5. Click Cloud Storage.
  6. Locate the Associated cloud storage servers for server list and then the storage server that you want to edit.
  7. Click Edit.
  8. Change the properties.

  9. Click Save > Save.
