Recovering virtual machines to premises target data center
In the figure Figure: Deployment architecture for NetBackup primary server, data center 1 is the production data center and data center 2 is recovery data center. The Auto Image Replication (AIR) configuration ensures that the backup images are available on NetBackup primary server in the target data center. The AIR configuration shown in between the NetBackup primary servers support both Target and Classic AIR. The image shows two Infrastructure Management Servers (IMS) although you can have only one IMS which discovers the vCenter server and NetBackup primary server.
Resiliency Platform version now enables support for IPv6 address. This IPv6 network support is provided for NetBackup 8.1.2 and above versions.
